Supply Chain Coordinator (Hybrid Nightshift)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Cebu City team on a hybrid night‑shift schedule. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end order and shipment coordination, as well as maintaining product data in our logistics systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create and attach shipping labels for Canada D2C orders using RyderShip.
• Process internal gifting orders, validate and update shipping addresses and methods in NetSuite.
• Manage Retail Transfer Orders, correct addresses, and adjust shipping methods to meet delivery timelines.
• Generate Advanced Shipping Notices for gifts with purchase and dry‑cleaning returns.
• Perform periodic maintenance in RyderShip, including uploading product images, HS codes, and country‑of‑origin data.
• Set up new SKUs and business rules to support promotional programs.
• Produce logistical reports such as vendor chargeback, value‑added service, and receiving detail reports.

Required profile

• Direct experience using NetSuite for order management, address validation, and shipping method adjustments.
• Proven ability to manage D2C shipping labels, Transfer Orders, and ASNs.
• Experience maintaining product databases with HS codes, country‑of‑origin data, and SKU configurations.
• Familiarity with high‑volume warehouse or shipping platforms (RyderShip or similar).
• Ability to generate and interpret logistical reports.
