Supply Chain Associate

About the role

SGV is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Associate to join its Consulting team. The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of supply chain and operations projects, supporting clients in areas such as assessment, planning, procurement transformation, network design, logistics optimization, and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project execution following defined methodologies, under guidance from senior team members.
• Gather data and conduct process walkthroughs with client counterparts to understand business processes.
• Research and compile relevant information from internal resources to develop value‑adding recommendations.
• Contribute ideas to improve project deliverables and support the preparation of management reports.
• Support managers in proposal development and attend client meetings to understand needs.
• Participate in internal trainings, web‑based learning, and adhere to workplace policies.
• Promote SGV’s brand and values while building positive relationships with peers and mentors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field.
• No minimum work experience required.
• Certifications such as Certified Industrial Engineer or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, meet tight deadlines, and be flexible to work on‑site at client locations.
