About the role

EIA21 is looking for four highly qualified Electrical Commissioning Supervisors to lead a 12‑month industrial project. The role involves overseeing the manufacturing, assembly and commissioning of electrical and electronic systems, ensuring quality and safety throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct daily work of operators and technicians during fabrication, assembly and commissioning phases.
• Supervise quality control and inspection to guarantee compliance with drawings, technical specifications and applicable standards.
• Lead commissioning tests, identify deviations and implement corrective actions efficiently.
• Enforce strict adherence to industrial safety protocols for all personnel under supervision.
• Prepare progress reports and technical documentation reflecting project status.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in supervision, commissioning or inspection of electrical/electronic projects.
• Technical or engineering degree in electrical, electronics, automation or a related field.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making in the field, result‑orientation and team‑management abilities.
