Supervisor

About the role

The company is looking for a Supervisor to lead building improvement projects, plant safety initiatives and energy‑saving programmes. The role combines hands‑on maintenance oversight with coordination of preventive‑maintenance schedules across a wide range of equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects aimed at building upgrades, safety enhancements and energy efficiency.
• Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule (PMS) for production machinery, electric and pneumatic tools, company vehicles, generators, air‑conditioning units, power lines and fire‑fighting equipment.
• Conduct regular inventories of tools and equipment and ensure compliance with 5S standards in all areas, including grounds, roofing, drainage and waste disposal.
• Maintain air‑pollution control devices such as dust collectors and spray booths to guarantee a healthy production environment.
• Oversee the condition and maintenance of all company vehicles.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance activities in an industrial or production setting.
• Strong knowledge of preventive‑maintenance planning and execution.
• Familiarity with 5S methodology and environmental health & safety regulations.
• Ability to manage inventories, coordinate multiple projects and lead a team.
