Supervisor I, Customer Support/Operations

About the role

This position is part of LexisNexis Risk Solutions' Consumer Advocacy Team. The Supervisor I will lead a team of Level I representatives, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Level I representatives and manage daily operational activities.
• Lead continuous‑improvement and automation initiatives in partnership with business units and internal stakeholders.
• Handle escalated customer and managerial calls, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Implement and enforce team‑level and organizational policies and procedures.
• Participate in strategic planning to support team and company objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials for senior leadership and executive meetings.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong cross‑functional collaboration ability.
• Proven experience managing change in operational environments.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, delegation, problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid project‑management experience.
• Knowledge of current AI practices, tools, and industry trends relevant to data operations and workflow optimization.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and a consultative, collaborative mindset.
• Ability to lead a remote, results‑oriented team and quickly adopt enterprise AI tools.
