Supervisor de Calidad Eólico – Cabanillas/Caparroso

About the role

Eosol Group, a leader in renewable energy, is seeking a Wind Quality Supervisor for its wind repowering projects in the Cabanillas and Caparroso area. The position will run until the end of the year and focuses on ensuring the highest quality standards across civil, electrical and turbine installation phases.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control quality of all on‑site works, covering civil, electrical and turbine assembly activities.
• Verify compliance with construction drawings, technical specifications, operational procedures and project ITPs.
• Lead and coordinate inspections, acting as the main liaison between client, contractors and construction teams.
• Manage QA/QC documentation, including test protocols, traceability records, NCRs and punch‑list items.
• Supervise execution and documentation of civil, electrical and mechanical tests.
• Continuously track on‑site activities and produce periodic quality status reports.
• Identify, document and follow up non‑conformities, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in quality assurance/control within the wind energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, ITPs and NCR management.
• Excellent ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders.
