Strategic Sourcing Manager

About the role

The Strategic Sourcing Manager leads Sunnies Inc.’s end‑to‑end sourcing strategy for its eyewear portfolio. The role blends procurement discipline with product development to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and speed‑to‑market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the annual sourcing strategy aligned with brand, cost, and product calendars.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new vendors and contract manufacturers to build a diversified supplier base.
• Develop and maintain a vendor scorecard system; lead quarterly business reviews.
• Negotiate cost, lead times, MOQs, and commercial terms to improve COGS and margins.
• Oversee production planning, monitor launch activities, and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Brand Management and Product teams during development, sampling, and commercialization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and mentor the sourcing team.
• Track KPIs through weekly scorecards and escalate critical issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, vendor development, and supply chain optimization.
