Strategic HR Director – BPO Head

About the role

We are seeking a senior HR leader to drive the people strategy for a fast‑paced Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operation. The role will oversee HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, HR Operations and overall talent management to support rapid growth and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HR Business Partner function, providing strategic guidance to business units.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
• Develop and execute people strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR functions in a BPO or similar high‑volume environment.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
