Strategic Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of data‑driven marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This onsite position will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across organic and paid channels.
• Manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, including content calendar planning and community engagement.
• Create high‑quality graphics and marketing materials that follow brand guidelines.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, handling budgets and ROI.
• Analyze performance data, conduct A/B testing, and produce actionable reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
• Hands‑on experience with both organic and paid campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.
