About the role

We are seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations across our vibrant restaurant brands. You will ensure exceptional service, food quality, and a clean environment while driving team performance and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Manage, train, and develop team members for optimal performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders for supplies.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports to improve productivity.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or management.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Resilience under pressure and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
