Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor (Retail)

About the role

The Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor will lead daily operations at Al Nor Mall, ensuring sales targets are met and the store environment remains welcoming and compliant with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Maintain daily store operations, cleanliness, and tidiness.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure legal compliance and protect the store’s reputation.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank‑in of store sales and manage stock ordering.
• Prepare and submit reports (sales, hiring, assignments, cases) to HQ and superiors.
• Follow established guidelines, SOPs, and any additional tasks assigned by the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or college degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
