Store Manager

About the role

Gucci is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a luxury retail location, ensuring an exceptional client experience and driving sales performance. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, develop your team, and uphold the brand’s standards of craftsmanship and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all floor and department activities to guarantee a unique customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on operations, loss prevention, HR, and visual merchandising.
• Foster a positive, professional team environment, providing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle management of Client Advisors using Workday and local processes.
• Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and policy compliance.
• Act as Manager on Duty for store opening and closing, and conduct daily briefings.
• Drive cross‑category selling and ensure all team members can sell across all floors.
• Lead clienteling initiatives, utilizing tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.

• Strong ability to develop and motivate a sales team.
