Stewarding Supervisor

About the role

The Stewarding Supervisor will support the efficient operation of the Stewarding Department at Shangri‑La Boracay Resort and Spa. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness, stock management, and health‑safety compliance across all food and beverage areas in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning processes for all F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Manage stock control of stewarding supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene protocols in line with local regulations and hotel policies.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to support seamless operations.
• Assist in training and coaching stewarding staff on best practices.

Required profile

• Experience in an international hotel of similar size is an advantage.
• Strong background in food & beverage service and operations.
• Self‑starter with a guest‑oriented mindset, attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Filipino; additional languages are a plus.
• Graduate of Hospitality Management, International Hospitality Management or a related field.
