Sr. System Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Analyst to develop and maintain SQL Server databases, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate with both technical and business teams. Experience with ERP, supply chain, or Apparel/Footwear PLM systems is a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and other database objects using Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database and application issues through effective root cause analysis.
• Partner with business teams, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Act as an escalation point for customer and business‑related technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and support data pipelines and database processes related to business operations.
• Identify and prioritize issues and tasks across multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role, focusing on raw SQL and T‑SQL in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands‑on experience designing and optimizing database objects in MS SQL Server.
• Experience with ERP systems and enterprise data architectures.
