Sr. Project Support Service Associate

About the role

The Senior Project Support Service Associate will join the Process and Control Support Team (PCST) within the Global Shared Services Centre. The role provides worldwide support for reviewing project documents and maintaining accurate financial master data in the ERP system, ensuring reliable reporting for the International Organization for Migration.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate project documentation to ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Maintain, optimise, and modify financial master data in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with the Financial Accounting Division and Financial Policy Unit to guarantee data consistency.
• Support the generation of general and specific financial reports.
• Collaborate with ICT to implement and control role assignments and authorisations for staff across missions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in project support, finance, or data management.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work with global teams and adhere to financial policies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
