About the role

The Sports Operations Director will steer the day‑to‑day management and long‑term strategy of a premier Philippine volleyball league. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the future of volleyball in the Philippines while ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the league’s operational roadmap, aligning with business goals.
• Oversee event planning, venue coordination, scheduling, and logistics for all matches.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation across the league.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including marketing, sponsorship, and player relations.
• Develop partnerships with sponsors, broadcasters, and governing bodies.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
