Spanish Bilingual Home Lending Assistant I

About the role

Join our Home Lending team as a Spanish Bilingual Home Lending Assistant I. You will work closely with one or more Home Lending Advisors to deliver an outstanding experience for home buyers and homeowners, ensuring the loan process runs smoothly for both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class customer service on inbound and outbound calls, keeping customers informed about loan status.
• Communicate pipeline updates to Home Lending Advisors and maintain accurate records in the loan origination system.
• Contact customers to explain loan terms, schedule signing appointments, and follow up on aged leads or missing documents.
• Act as liaison between Advisors, branches, processing centers, realtors, and builders to coordinate submissions and closings.
• Manage marketing activities through internal systems and prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of voice‑based customer service experience in a call‑center environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City following U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with loan origination systems and related reporting tools.
• Effective use of priority reports, call reviews, and service level agreements to resolve issues.
