Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

Firstsource Solutions Limited is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its Taguig operations. You will handle both inbound and outbound interactions in Spanish and English, delivering accurate information and resolving customer issues while adhering to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in Spanish and English.
• Verify customer identity and document each interaction in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Meet performance and quality metrics while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Participate in coaching sessions and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
• Previous call‑center or customer‑facing experience, preferably in regulated sectors such as banking or healthcare.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Resilience, attention to detail and strong time‑management skills.
