About the role

Martin Management Group is looking for a bilingual Spanish‑English Scheduler to join its Business Development Center. The role focuses on driving new customer acquisition, managing service appointments, and supporting the sales team while maintaining a professional office environment.

Key responsibilities

Obtain new customers and improve CSI/SSI metrics according to company targets.
Schedule service appointments for customers efficiently.
Maintain positive public relations and adhere to timelines.
Update and cleanse customer records regularly.
Follow directions from the BDC Manager and Sales Management team.
Maintain a professional atmosphere within the BDC office.
Complete all required training and follow company policies.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Ability to work according to US time zones.
Call‑center experience preferred but not mandatory.
