Software Engineer – Web Developer (Pooling)

About the role
The Software Engineer (Web Developer) will research, develop, and integrate new products, services, and processes into existing systems, with a focus on analytics. You will work closely with business units to deliver innovative data‑driven solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement initiatives backed by research and data.
- Research emerging technologies and integrate them into current or new systems.
- Design unconventional data‑gathering methods.
- Provide support to business units by building systems, applications, or scripts.
- Develop, maintain, and document APIs.
- Maintain and enhance campaign processes and contact policies.
- Streamline campaign communication via digital channels for portfolio actions and usage campaigns.
- Ensure monitoring of key performance drivers for campaigns and drive continuous implementation.
