Software Engineer – Salesforce Development

About the role

NiCE is looking for a Software Engineer to maintain and enhance its Salesforce.com platform. You will design visual‑force pages, build complex triggers, and create custom objects while collaborating with sales, marketing, service, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications that interface with Salesforce.
• Evaluate existing processes and propose Salesforce‑enabled improvements.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within Salesforce.
• Provide daily support, maintenance, and long‑term upgrades for the internal Salesforce instance.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and developers to design cohesive solutions.
• Work with internal departments to ensure the Salesforce environment meets functional and performance needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
