Software Engineer / Full-Stack Developer (Permanent Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer / Full‑Stack Developer to build a custom, client‑facing operations platform from the ground up. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering a secure, scalable, and user‑friendly web application that unifies multiple business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, architect, develop and deploy a web‑based operations platform, including responsive front‑end and high‑performance back‑end components.
• Integrate third‑party systems (Cvent, HubSpot, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, Microsoft 365) and internal applications via REST APIs.
• Design scalable application architecture and maintain SQL databases with a focus on data integrity and performance.
• Build custom workflows, role‑based access controls, authentication and automated notifications.
• Create dashboards and real‑time reporting tools that consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Implement security best practices, monitor system performance, and perform ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on full‑stack developer with proven experience delivering web applications.
• Strong background in API integrations, cloud technologies and database design.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into intuitive technical solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
