Software Engineer - FinTech (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join a global leader in financial services. This fully remote position focuses on building and maintaining core financial platforms that handle real‑time transactions for millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services for high‑volume financial transaction processing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate third‑party financial APIs and payment gateways.
• Implement robust security measures to meet financial regulations and data‑privacy standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability and minimal downtime.

Required profile

• Experience with financial transaction systems or payment processing.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases for financial data storage.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and container orchestration.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests and work with CI/CD pipelines.
