Software Developer (Salesforce)

About the role

Momentive Software is looking for a Software Developer with strong Salesforce expertise to support our clients and internal teams. You will work on configuring, customizing, and extending the Salesforce platform while ensuring best‑practice implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Set up users, permissions, role hierarchies, profiles, and manage data loads.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and Lightning UI components.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrate via REST APIs.
• Apply Git and Bitbucket for version control and collaborate with dispersed teams.
• Debug issues, provide timely technical solutions, and support clients professionally.
• Follow SDLC processes and Force.com configuration best practices.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience with Salesforce administration and development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a geographically distributed team.
• Proactive, innovative thinker who embraces change.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform (admin, data management, security, deployment).
• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex.
• REST API integration.
• Git and Bitbucket.
• Salesforce Lightning UI.
