Software Developer (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Software Developer to own the full software development lifecycle on a remote contract basis. You will work closely with product, design and QA teams to turn business requirements into high‑performing, secure and user‑centric applications.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for web or mobile applications using the specified tech stack.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement new features.
• Debug, test, and optimise application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Integrate external APIs and third‑party services.
• Maintain clear technical documentation, code comments and API specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Reliable backup power supply, stable internet connection and a functional laptop.

Required skills

• JavaScript, Python, Java or C#.
• Frameworks such as React, Node.js or Django.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Version control with Git.
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
