Software Developer & Operations Coordinator

About the role

Wing is seeking a Software Developer & Operations Coordinator to join its remote team and help build world‑class web applications while streamlining operational workflows across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Debug, test, and deploy existing web applications built with Claude Code.
• Develop new web applications and features based on business requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend software improvements.
• Manage and organize operational workflows across multiple functions.
• Assist with documentation, task prioritization, and process optimisation.
• Support shared task‑management systems for various stakeholders.
• Research technical and operational challenges and present well‑reasoned solutions.
• Coordinate with internal team members to keep projects and operational tasks on track.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency with Claude Code and web application development.
• Experience with development platforms and cloud services.
• Strong debugging, testing, and deployment capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
