Social Media Strategist (Onsite, Makati)

About the role

KMC Solutions is seeking a Social Media Strategist to join its Makati office. You will design, execute, and optimise social media campaigns for a diverse client portfolio, driving engagement and business growth through data‑driven digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Craft compelling captions and design graphics for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google My Business.
• Plan and manage paid boost campaigns to meet client KPIs.
• Deliver monthly content, customer requests and boost campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices to identify growth opportunities.
• Produce performance reports and present strategy updates to clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email or as directed by CSMs.
• Participate in content strategy sessions and mentor new team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing or digital marketing.
• At least 1 year handling international clients.
• Excellent English writing skills with strong attention to grammar and detail.
• Proven ability to manage Meta or Google advertising campaigns.
