Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join Outsourcey’s mission of connecting businesses with dedicated full‑time teams in the Philippines. You will be the first point of contact on our social channels, responding to inquiries, nurturing leads and supporting our digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments and inquiries across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Provide timely, professional answers to prospective clients and guide them toward consultations or the sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with followers through consistent community engagement.
• Qualify incoming inquiries, identify business opportunities and escalate qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads and follow‑up activities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve communication and lead conversion.
• Report common questions and feedback to refine marketing content.
• Assist with creating, scheduling and publishing social media posts, captions, graphics and reels when needed.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in social media, community management or customer service.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while remaining professional.
• Self‑motivated, independent worker with a friendly, customer‑focused communication style.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ManyChat or similar social media automation platforms.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite or other social media management tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
