Social Media Marketing Manager – Healthcare Focus

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager with a strong background in the healthcare sector to lead and execute social‑media strategies for our clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating compliant, engaging content that drives patient engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social‑media strategies tailored to healthcare brands.
• Plan, schedule and manage monthly content calendars across Facebook and Instagram.
• Create, edit and publish educational, promotional and patient‑focused content while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Conceptualize and run brand activations such as campaigns, contests, collaborations and influencer partnerships.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and optimise campaigns for reach, engagement and conversions.
• Conduct audience research to understand patient behavior and emerging healthcare trends.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors and marketing teams to produce high‑quality assets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social‑media accounts for business, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with US‑based client time zones.
