Social Media Manager – Remote

About the role

HLTH is looking for its first dedicated Social Media & Community Manager to own and grow the brand’s organic presence. You will shape strategy, create content, and nurture the community across platforms, with Instagram as the primary focus.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels, defining audience, role and KPIs.
• Plan, schedule and publish content through a consistent calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns.
• Produce graphics and short‑form video, shooting and editing using Capcut.
• Manage day‑to‑day community interactions, responding to comments, DMs and mentions in brand voice.
• Monitor trends, algorithm changes and cultural moments, turning them into timely native content.
• Track core KPIs, report insights and run experiments to improve performance.
• Collaborate with creative, product, brand and leadership teams to align social efforts with business goals.
• Assist in sourcing influencers, ambassadors and UGC creators for partnership campaigns.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on social media management for brand accounts.
• Deep, up‑to‑date knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube formats and algorithms.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability, adaptable to platform tone while staying on‑brand.
• Proven ability to interpret performance data and shape creative strategy.
• Experience managing multiple projects end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced environment.
