Social Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to join our remote team supporting Attorney Assistant and its sister company Turn Key Ops. The role involves handling social media and digital marketing tasks, coordinating content, and assisting with client communications in a fast‑paced virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support social media and digital marketing initiatives for multiple clients.
• Coordinate content creation, track campaign performance, and update clients on progress.
• Communicate with clients via email and calls, ensuring timely responses.
• Manage documents, trackers, and reports using Google Suite.
• Track tasks, deadlines, and project updates in Asana.
• Update client records and CRM data in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with internal teams through Slack and maintain project urgency.
• Assist with general administrative and marketing workflows as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional, responsive, and proactive in follow‑ups.

Required skills

• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Familiarity with Asana for task management.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM.
• Comfortable using Slack for team communication.
