About the role

Playtime is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead its online presence. You will shape the brand’s voice across platforms, drive community growth, and support business objectives through creative digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple channels.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee content calendars and digital marketing initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the internal social media team and external agency partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Manage budgets, negotiate brand partnerships, and handle crisis communications to protect the brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Philippine beauty pageant operations is highly preferred.
• Background in TV networks, media companies, or the entertainment industry is an advantage.
