Social Media Manager

About the role

LevelUp is seeking a Social Media Manager to shape the online presence of its B2B technology clients. The role will develop and execute social media strategies that boost brand awareness, drive traffic and generate qualified leads across professional platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies for multiple client accounts, focusing on LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Create, curate and schedule engaging visual and written content tailored to each platform.
• Monitor trends, audience insights and engagement metrics to continuously refine content and tactics.
• Engage with users, potential customers and industry professionals to build community and brand presence.
• Analyze performance data, produce detailed reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage paid social advertising campaigns, including budget oversight, A/B testing and performance tracking.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging tools, trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales and technical teams to ensure a cohesive digital voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, handling multiple accounts.
• Experience in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation.
• Demonstrated expertise in paid social advertising strategy and campaign management.
