Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will design and deliver creative, engaging social media strategies that boost brand awareness and audience interaction. This role involves managing multiple platforms, creating multimedia content, and driving campaigns that align with the organization’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other channels, tailoring content for each audience.
• Plan, create and schedule original multimedia content for multiple platforms.
• Develop, launch and oversee competitions, campaigns and paid promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key community members.
• Conduct audience research and monitor social media communities, responding to posts and fostering discussions.
• Track, analyse and report performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Audience Insights and other analytics tools.
• Identify consumer trends to inform future campaign planning.

Required profile

• 0–1 year of experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and content creation abilities.
• Basic graphic design and video editing proficiency (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools.
• Ability to run paid ads and boost campaigns.
• Trend‑aware, creative, detail‑oriented with good time‑management skills.
