Social Media Manager – Hybrid/Remote (US Client)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to own day‑to‑day social media execution, content creation, and website updates for a brand focused on children and families. The role ensures a consistent, engaging brand presence across key platforms while driving audience growth and interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain a weekly content calendar with assets, captions, posting dates, and priorities.
• Create posts, reels, stories, carousels, captions, flyers, and simple marketing materials.
• Monitor comments and direct messages, respond appropriately, and flag sensitive issues.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, saves, clicks/CTR) and provide clear, actionable updates.
• Support campaign content for programs, events, launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Assist with website updates, including copy edits, link updates, page edits, and basic structural changes.
• Keep the asset library organized and coordinate content deliverables with the team.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and the existing marketing plan.
