Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

Perle is looking for its first dedicated Social Media & Content Manager to build and own the company’s presence across every platform. You will create the strategy from scratch, produce engaging content, and turn social media into a growth engine for both brand awareness and expert recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Run all Perle social accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) end‑to‑end, defining tone and ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
• Create weekly posts, reels, and short‑form videos that explain Perle’s AI data services in an engaging way.
• Produce reels that showcase open expert projects, turning content into a recruiting channel.
• Build the content strategy, calendar, and brand voice from the ground up, establishing key pillars and posting cadence.
• Track performance metrics, analyse platform analytics, and optimise content based on data‑driven insights.
• Translate complex AI and data topics into relatable narratives for a broad audience.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing social accounts with measurable impact on community growth and engagement.
• Hands‑on ability to shoot and edit short‑form video without a production crew.
• Strong copywriting skills with a knack for hooks, pacing, and stopping scroll‑fatigued users.
• Self‑directed, comfortable owning a function independently and taking initiative.
