Social Media Content Manager – Instagram (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Content Manager focused on Instagram to drive daily, high‑performing content for a leading creator‑led parenting brand. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will collaborate directly with the founders to turn video assets, podcasts, and trending moments into scroll‑stopping Reels, carousels, Stories and captions.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and publish daily posts, Reels, Stories and highlights on Instagram and Facebook using Asana.
• Create and edit Reels in InShot, design carousel posts in Canva, and craft interactive Stories with polls, Q&As and links.
• Write short‑form captions, hooks and slide copy that reflect the founder’s voice.
• Repurpose existing podcasts, Substack articles, transcripts and testimonials into fresh social assets; generate meme‑style, trend‑based and holiday content.
• Monitor comments and engage with the audience across posts, Reels and ads.
• Manage sponsored content details, update Linktree, ShopMy and Amazon links, and maintain content organization.
• Track performance metrics, produce weekly/monthly reports and collaborate with founders to refine content strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Instagram (and Facebook) accounts for brands.
• Passion for internet culture and a proven ability to create content that drives engagement.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, feedback‑heavy environment with founders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to execute ideas independently.
