Social Media & Community Specialist

About the role

DKK Brands is seeking a hands‑on Social Media & Community Specialist to be the voice of its premium kitchenware brands – Espro, Liiton, and VIVA. You will engage customers, answer questions, and foster authentic conversations across Facebook, Instagram, Reddit and other platforms while supporting influencer activities.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and moderate Facebook groups for each brand, driving daily engagement.
• Lead authentic discussions on Reddit, adding value to the community.
• Encourage user‑generated content, reviews, and brand‑led conversations.
• Respond to all direct messages on social channels within SLA.
• Schedule and publish 2–3 posts per week per brand, following brand‑specific calendars.
• Provide backup support to the Influencer Specialist, handling creator inquiries and community comments.
• Manage product reviews on Shopify, Amazon, Google and other platforms, responding promptly and flagging recurring insights.
• Track engagement metrics, run A/B tests on formats, hooks, captions and posting times, and share recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in social media or online community management.
• Strong written communication with the ability to adapt tone per brand.
• Comfortable engaging publicly and leading conversations.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet response SLAs.
