Social Media & Community Associate

About the role

Open iT is seeking a proactive Social Media & Community Associate to shape and grow its online presence. You will own the company’s social channels, collaborate across marketing, sales, and technical teams, and create content that aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media calendar, primarily on LinkedIn, ensuring consistent publishing.
• Monitor performance metrics, adjust strategies, and report on engagement data.
• Engage actively in relevant online communities such as LinkedIn groups, Reddit, and industry forums, responding to comments and DMs within 24 business hours.
• Coordinate with the Content team to repurpose long‑form assets into social‑ready formats.
• Collaborate with external teams to surface insights and stories that boost credibility and engagement.

Required profile

• Demonstrated social media experience with a portfolio of channels or campaigns you have built and grown.
• Proficiency in social analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics) and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong written English skills with an eye for brand voice and tone.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable using time‑blocking or similar productivity methods.
