Skin Consultant – Customer‑Focused Skincare Advisor

About the role

As a Skin Consultant at Remedy Skintech, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking personalized skincare advice. You will guide them through consultations, recommend suitable treatments and products, and ensure a positive, informative experience that supports their journey to healthier skin.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑clinic and phone skin consultations, listening to client concerns and goals.
• Assess skin conditions and recommend tailored treatments and premium products.
• Educate clients on Remedy Skintech’s offerings, proper usage, expected results, and after‑care.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain clean, organized retail and consultation areas and manage stock levels.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, follow‑ups, and accurate client record keeping.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, technologies, and products.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets through effective consultation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role within skincare, beauty, or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for service.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to educate clients on skincare routines.
• Attention to detail and high standards of presentation.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Team‑player attitude willing to go the extra mile.
