Skilled Solar Panel Installer – Ilocos Norte

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Solar Panel Installer to join our team in Ilocos Norte. The role involves assembling, installing, and maintaining both rooftop and ground‑mounted photovoltaic systems, ensuring compliance with engineering plans, local regulations and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare work sites, including clearing areas and setting up safety measures.
• Install racking structures and securely mount solar panels.
• Wire panels to inverters, connect electrical components and perform system testing.
• Document installation steps and produce completion reports.
• Coordinate with project leads, electricians and other trades on‑site.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and carry out routine maintenance and repairs.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge of solar power systems and basic electrical/mechanical principles.
• Experience using hand and power tools in construction or solar installations.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams and installation manuals.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to work at heights and in varying weather.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
