Site Supervisor (Civil Engineer)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Site Supervisor with a civil engineering background to lead construction activities on our development projects. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to keep the project on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all on‑site tasks to achieve project targets and deliver quality outcomes.
• Apply and oversee quality‑assurance processes, recommending corrective actions when needed.
• Prepare and reconcile reports, coordinate document approvals, and liaise with other departments and stakeholders.
• Enforce environmental and safety regulations throughout the construction site.

Required profile

• Licensed Civil Engineer with 4‑5 years of experience in construction, preferably in horizontal development and land‑development projects.
• Familiarity with Philippine real‑estate policies, National Building Code, Fire Code, and relevant housing legislation (PD 957, BP 220).
• Experience in housing construction and subdivision development.
• Strong project‑management and leadership abilities, with effective oral and written communication skills.
