Site Logistics Associate – Bulacan

About the role

The Site Logistics Associate ensures smooth loading and dispatch operations at our Bulacan facility. You will coordinate delivery schedules, verify vehicle standards, and guarantee that shipments meet quality and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and secure picker lists and delivery schedules for loading and dispatch.
• Inspect delivery vans for sanitation compliance and correct temperature settings for refrigerated units.
• Check crating, packaging, tidiness and completeness of items before they are sent to outlets or other divisions.
• Collaborate with counterparts in other distribution centers or warehouses to verify production and consumption codes for shipped products.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year course, preferably Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, inbound or outbound operations.
• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment (MHE) operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Marilao, Bulacan.
