Site Finance and Controllership Head

About the role

The Site Finance and Controllership Head will lead all finance and controllership functions at our Toledo site, ensuring accurate financial planning, reporting and compliance. This full-time, on-site position works closely with operations and senior leadership to drive cost efficiency and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls, ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and meet regulatory reporting requirements.
• Partner with operations and senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Supervise and develop the local finance team, driving process improvements and implementing corporate finance initiatives at the site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field; professional certification such as CPA or CMA is required.
• Extensive experience in controllership or site/plant finance leadership, including managing internal controls and audits.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis and support strategic decisions.
• Proven track record of leading finance teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in the energy, utilities or infrastructure sector is preferred, with familiarity of project finance and capital-intensive operations.
• Ability to work on-site in Toledo.
