Site Architect/ Store Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Site Architect/Store Planner to create functional and brand‑aligned floor plans for retail locations. The role blends architectural design with retail operations to deliver spaces that enhance customer experience while meeting operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed floor plans and store layouts that reflect the brand image, target customer profile and operational requirements.
• Optimize space utilization, considering customer flow, product display, and back‑of‑house functions.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers and construction teams to translate concepts into buildable designs.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, local zoning regulations and accessibility standards.
• Prepare visualisations and 3‑D models to communicate design intent to stakeholders.
• Incorporate sustainable design practices and manage budgeting and cost estimation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Strong retail knowledge and understanding of customer movement patterns.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and teamwork orientation.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 3D modeling and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
