About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide on‑site medical support and administrative assistance for a construction‑related project in Manila. The role combines first‑aid care, health monitoring, and project‑level administrative duties to ensure employee well‑being and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to project personnel.
• Conduct health assessments and continuously monitor employee well‑being.
• Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and health‑related documentation.
• Manage first‑aid supplies and coordinate emergency medical response when needed.
• Assist in implementing occupational health programs and safety initiatives.
• Support compliance with company health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project management on health‑related matters.
• Perform site administrative duties, including documentation and reporting, as assigned.

Required profile

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Open to fresh graduates or experienced nurses.
• Strong organizational, communication, and record‑keeping abilities.
• Willingness to be assigned on‑site for the duration of the project.

Required skills

• First Aid training certification.
