Short-Form Video Editor (UGC & Paid Media)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Short‑Form Video Editor to turn raw UGC footage into high‑performing paid advertising creatives. You will work remotely with our creative team, delivering a high volume of ads that drive measurable results across Meta and Google platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw UGC into paid media ads across multiple formats.
• Produce 10–20+ ad variations each week, incorporating different hooks and creative angles.
• Apply revision feedback and performance insights to optimise existing creatives.
• Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Create engaging edits using captions, motion graphics, transitions, and direct‑response techniques.
• Collaborate with the creative team to streamline workflows from briefing to delivery.
• Organise project files and maintain efficient editing processes for rapid production.
• Adapt creative approaches based on campaign performance data.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing short‑form video for paid media campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response marketing, ad hooks, and UGC‑style formats.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high quality under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication for remote collaboration.
• Self‑motivated with solid time‑management and ownership of deliverables.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with CapCut and other video‑editing tools.
• Experience creating animated captions, fast‑paced edits, and motion‑graphics elements.
