Shopify Web Developer / Specialist (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Shopify Web Developer/Specialist to join our Digital Performance Team. The role involves building, optimizing, maintaining and improving Shopify stores for clients, focusing on performance, UX, conversion, technical SEO and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑performing Shopify stores and landing pages using Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and customize themes to meet client requirements.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile responsiveness and implement CRO initiatives across key touchpoints.
• Implement and test GA4, Google Tag Manager and other analytics, ensuring accurate e‑commerce tracking.
• Configure and manage Shopify integrations with third‑party platforms, including Zapier workflows.
• Conduct QA of new features, theme changes and integrations, testing across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with creative, paid media, content and account teams, and communicate project status to clients.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of experience in Shopify and web development, with a strong portfolio of live stores.
• Proven ability to manage projects from briefing through implementation and QA.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and client‑facing experience.
• Comfortable presenting technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Flexible, agile mindset and strong organisational skills.
