Shift Manager – Restaurant (Cavite)

About the role

The Shift Manager will lead the restaurant during opening, mid‑day and closing shifts, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. This role is based in Cavite and requires hands‑on leadership of the floor team, especially during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Manage opening, mid‑shift and closing procedures, including the QSCH Restaurant Checklist.
• Oversee floor operations during peak hours to maintain service quality and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, restroom, kitchen, preparation areas and exterior spaces.
• Engage guests to deliver memorable dining experiences and resolve concerns promptly.
• Implement local marketing programs to drive repeat business and increase guest loyalty.
• Lead regular team meetings, recognize high performers and facilitate staff development.
• Administer Key Management Systems to influence sales, profit, QSCH and people results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or college degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Shift Manager or Store Supervisor in the food and beverage industry.
• Demonstrated experience in various restaurant operational facets.
