ServiceNow Developer – Full-time On-site

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our Taguig office. The role involves designing, developing and configuring ServiceNow applications that support business processes, including custom workflows, integrations and UI enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop, test and deploy custom applications, workflows, scripts and UI components.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, handling data migration and third‑party connections.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing ServiceNow implementations, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers and other technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation and support platform upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Taguig and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform expertise, including Incident, Problem and Change modules.
• JavaScript scripting and UI customization.
• Workflow configuration and ServiceNow application development.
• REST and SOAP API integration, data migration.
• Object‑oriented programming fundamentals.
• Version control using Git.
• Understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
